Lisa or Michelle will ask you to fill out a questionnaire regarding your personal goals, any injuries or medical problems they need to be aware of, and what type of exercise you’re currently doing, if any. From that, you’re given information on the scientifically proven benefits of POWER PLATE training, and are guided through some poses on the machine. As the body adjusts to the vibration, the introduction workout intensifies slightly, then concludes with some meltingly divine massages!
A typical introduction takes about 45 minutes, and is well worth the experience!
